The health and well-being of our koi are our top priority. That is why we also pay the necessary attention to correct and safe handling after the purchase.
After the auction, the koi are prepared for transport according to the agreed procedure. If quarantine or additional health checks apply, this will be clearly stated at the relevant koi or auction.
The koi can be collected after payment at the location indicated in advance, unless another arrangement is made.
When transport is possible, we will look together at the best solution for safely transporting the koi. We want to ensure that every koi can be entrusted to its new owner in optimal condition.
Our koi deserve the same care and attention after the auction as before.
